KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monthly consolidation and analyses of the financial statements of FLI and its subsidiaries for ExCom
• Review of the financial statement supports and required schedules prior to submission to management.
• Aids in preparation of consolidated FS notes and disclosures for quarterly reporting compliance, annual audit, and for external regulatory requirements.
• Review of schedules and various supporting documents requested by the external auditor.
• Determine ways to improve the Financial Statements preparation process and accuracy based on the available system and data.
• Other tasks to be assigned, as necessary.

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• Preferably with experience in Real Estate Industry
• With at least 2-3 years working experience in finance, accounting or related field
