Robert Half is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a player-coach who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also leading and developing a small accounting team. The ideal candidate brings strong nonprofit accounting expertise along with the ability to improve processes and support organizational growth.


Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

+ Manage and participate in fund and grant accounting, ensuring compliance with donor and regulatory requirements

+ Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses for leadership
