Responsibilities

• Provides accurate data and information pertaining to all BIR transactions.
• Secure confidential information and data’s of the company.
• Ensure that all deadlines are being met.
• Coordinates with different accounting personnel of affiliate companies.
• Prepares and monitors all external compliance process.
• Facilitate any newly implemented policies of BIR.
• Assist with the company’s effective tax rate calculation.
• Monitor and assist in the registration, update, remittance and clearances of the whole organization.
• Ensure compliance with the policies and regulations of BIR.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
• Other functions related to office manager position.
