Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager who will oversee all accounting and financial operations for the assigned site, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial leadership in support of site and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and direct all accounting and financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll, AP/AR, audits, taxes, cost analysis, and fixed assets

+ Prepare profit and loss statements, forecasts, historical data, and annual budgets; support variance analysis and cost reduction efforts

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and State and Federal regulations

+ Partner with site leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making

+ Lead, develop, and evaluate accounting staff; provide direction and oversight
