Our client was established in engaging in the marketing and selling of products of Personal Care and Health Products in Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for a part of bookkeeping by using SAP as well as filing documents: Account Payable and Payment voucher.Account Receivable and Receive voucher.Sale voucher checking by co-ordinating with the Logistic teamAR risk report to JPHQIssue invoice to JPHQ and the related country. Tax Management Completing Input and Output VAT report, input VAT reconcile, and VAT tax filing to Revenue Department. Inventory Handling yearly product destruction observation.Handling yearly stock-taking at the warehouse with the Logistics team. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Closing Setting in all accrual expenses in the SAP system.Handling Account Receivable, Account Payable, and other account details.Royalty report to JPHQ.Supporting the external Auditor for half and whole-year audits in case of informat...
