Job Title: Supervisor, Accounting & Controlling, (RTR)

Work days: Mon – Fri (Office hours)

Key Responsibilities

• S/he will be leading and managing a team of accountant to supporting the accounting and controlling for the countries he or she assigned.
• Assigning and organise roles and responsibilities to the team members.
• Review the works or tasks done by the team to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Providing guidance and coaching to the team on new policies, work instructions and new requirements from the Group.
• Coordinate and manage the month balance sheet review with the Regional and Country.
• Work closely with the Management to implement or drive for standardization of processes across countries support by this centre.
• Drive for commonality and simplify processes in line with Company’s policies and guidelines.
