In this role, a typical day will include:

• Lead reporting team for Canada and Puerto Rico, by ensuring all month-end-closing activities are executed on time and according to Alcon's accounting policies.
• Engage, motivate and develop associated, creation of team spaces for feedback and development.
• Ensure consolidation of Alcon Culture across the team
• Creation of Onboarding Plans, and co creation of Global Onboarding Plan across Share Services.
• Ensure timely recruiting process for transitions and On-Going Operations.
• Manage assigned staff in a consistent manner with policies and values.
• Delivered over 97% timely and quality publications
• Monitors Financial reporting for compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.
