Job Description

  • Commerce degree/diploma in Financial Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • Good working knowledge of Pastel and Xero/Sage
  • 3-5 years’ working experience as a bookkeeper
  • Computer literate (Excel | Word | General) Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Strong, but friendly communication skills with colleagues and clients (an above average client services approach in terms of your work)
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail with a flair for accuracy
  • Statutory returns (PAYE reconciliations, VAT201, EMP201, ITR14, ITR12 etc.)
  • Has experience of dealing directly with SARS
  • Prefer to work in an environment where deadlines constantly need to be met
  • Your own transport preferrable.
