Job Description

  • Manage client onboarding process, perform KYC, manage letter of engagement, ensure billing process is in order, drafting directors and members resolutions and other annual corporate compliances (templates and training will be given), managing the e-Signing process (via Docusign etc), filing records into our system.
  • Manage all accounting transactions and prepare and update financial statements that can withstand audit scrutiny, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Equity Statement, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) for entities such as companies and partnerships.
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Ensure timely bank payments and bank reconciliations, AR/AP reconciliations
