Job Description
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Providing expense reports, monthly management reports and schedules
- Ability to complete routine financial report
- Reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes
- Careful attention to details as to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
- Calculating monthly expense accruals and preparing journal entries
- Researching and resolving accounting issues
- General office duties: filing, photocopying and other related functions as the company may deem it necessary.
