Responsibilities

• Manages supporting accounts for monthly and annual Financial Statements through proper documentation and entries in accounting system. Ensures tax compliance through timely and accurate submission of tax returns such as VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, ITR, Payroll alpha list and the like. Provides requirements of Tax Auditors and/or Tax Consultants for on-going tax audit or other tax related work.
• Oversees and/or keeps records of Purchases and Disbursements for Local and Foreign suppliers. Manages documentation and processing of Payables through proper documentation and entries in accounting system.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year work experience in a related field is required, or at least three (3) years' work experience in a Bookkeeping position for Officer applicants.
