The role manages the daily accounting operations by monitoring and analyzing accounting activities. The function is accountable for generating monthly financial report which will be used for budgeting, forecasting and other financial decision-making of the organization. The incumbent is responsible in supporting business leaders and employees in the timely and efficient management of financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations and audits. The role also handles processing of payroll for non-key personnel, including timely and accurate remittance of payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year‑end payroll statements. It is also accountable in creation of online payable banking transactions and authorizing online collection transactions.
