JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily accounting transactions.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and monitor the day-to-day performance of subordinates, which includes training and evaluating work performance.

Prepare, review, and analyze the monthly and annual financial statements.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and keep the financial records of the company.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing of books.

Performs the monthly account reconciliations.

Coordinate with the Tax Accountant the audit requirements.

Implements and improve accounting systems and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and internal control.

Performs other accounting related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

4 yrs graduate of any Accounting related course.
