Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise Accounting staff (Cashier/Billing and Accounts Payable)
• Review and check Cashier's daily transactions and reports
• Check and review the processing of Accounts Payable with complete details and proper documentation
• Monitoring of business permits renewal and other compliance requirements with coordination to Head Office Tax Department
• Conduct Cash and Physical Inventory Count
• Monitoring/recording of transaction in the Books of Account
• Performs other tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce
• Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant
• CPA designation preferred
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Highly detailed-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
