Job Description

Our client is seeking Accounts Administrator to join their dedicated team, initially on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door and work Collaboratively with a great team!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly and Annual Reporting
  • First point for Contact for Account Queries
  • Creditor payments
  • GST/PAYE payments
  • Ad-hoc accounts and project work

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High volume accounts experience
  • The ability to pick up new systems
  • Proficient with Xero and Excel
  • Previous experience in a financial administrator or similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
