Our client is seeking Accounts Administrator to join their dedicated team, initially on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door and work Collaboratively with a great team!
Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll
- Reconciliations
- Monthly and Annual Reporting
- First point for Contact for Account Queries
- Creditor payments
- GST/PAYE payments
- Ad-hoc accounts and project work
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High volume accounts experience
- The ability to pick up new systems
- Proficient with Xero and Excel
- Previous experience in a financial administrator or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
