Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate records of sales orders and invoices
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and data entry
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer account information
- Support general administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
