Key Responsibilities
Prepare documents, such as memos, invoices, reports, packing list and other correspondence.Key-in invoices and others into accounting software – MYOB. Assist and handle accounts. Maintain a filing system, update records, and organize documents.Assist in filling and other administrative work.Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
