9 month FTC - £30,000

Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business in Bicester that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a fixed-term contract. The role will support the Finance Manager across a broad range of transactional finance duties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
  • Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
  • Supplier payments and expense analysis
  • Credit control support and customer statements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and electronic filing
  • Supporting month-end reconciliations

What they're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
