Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and other reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and track expenditures.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers about billing, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Track hours, calculate deductions, and manage payroll and tax withholdings.
  • Process invoices, payments, and credit notes, and ensure timely recording of creditor invoices.
  • Assist with audits and support audit and tax queries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, ledgers, and procedural documentation.
  • Record and file cash transactions and manage cash flow calculations.
  • Control credit, chase debt, and follow up on debt collection details.
  • Handle partial accounts sets, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
