Responsibilities - Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)
- Monthly merchant bank reconciliation
- Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (Inhouse System and QuickBook)
- Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Manual and QuickBook)
- E-Payment updates / checking (inhouse System)
- Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager
Qualifications - Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience a plus point
- Those without experience are welcome to apply as Training Provided
- Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point
- Knowledgeand experience in QuickBooks a plus point
- Able to start work immediately
- Meticulous with good attention to detail
