Job Description
Our client is Oil & Gas service provider in Singapore. They have an immediate requirement for a Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities - Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Prepare customer invoices and assist in monitoring collections
- Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records and filing
- Assist in bank reconciliation and other reconciliations
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting matters
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the finance team as assigned
Requirements - Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Tally-ERP accounting software will be an advantage
