Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records (AP, AR, GL)
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation of client and office accounts
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support preparation of GST submissions and basic compliance matters
- Assist with payroll processing, expenses claims, and CPF submissions
- Liaise with external vendors where required
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager including setting up basic working stations for staff in the office and in court whenever required
Requirements - At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in professional services environment (law firm experience preferred)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Familiarity with computerised accounting software, especially Tessaract
