Reconcile POS reports to sales collection
Posting of AP invoices and credit notes
Preparation of payment
Process petty cash claims
Prepare subcontractors’ and suppliers’ payments
Update bank balances
Requirement - Data entry skills
- Experience in F&B industry
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Window knowledge will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately
- Able to communicate in Mandarin & English
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Excel and Xero preferred
