We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive who thrives in managing daily accounting operations & maintaining accurate financial records.

• Post suppliers invoices in the system
• Reconcile invoices against statement of accounts
• Settle discrepancies for smooth payment
• Assist in invoicing
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
• Work 5.25 days per week, alternate Saturday half day required

• Entry level with Principles of Accounts or CAT are welcome to apply
• Must have Accounting background
• Willing to work at office located near Tuas West Road MRT
