Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Verify and process supplier invoices, including matching with Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
- Reconcile suppliers’ statements of accounts and prepare payment processing
- Issue customer invoices, credit notes, and statements of account (SOA)
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and payment status
- Update and monitor daily cash flow
- Assist with daily cash counting activities
