Our company is seeking a matured and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role supports a group of companies involved in trading, investment, and maintenance services, with responsibilities distributed by function. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, GST) across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for trading, investment, and maintenance operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements , reports, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers , and internal stakeholders as required
