Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Petty Cash
  • Manage and monitor petty cash receipts, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare petty cash replenishment requests and maintain accurate records in system.
  • Ensure the store manager’s submission of paperwork through email & internal system.
  • GTO Submission
  • Prepare and submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to landlords within stipulated deadlines.
  • Liaise with store operations and landlords regarding GTO-related queries and supporting documents.
  • Staff Claims Administration
  • Review, verify, and process staff expense claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure claims are supported with complete documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of all staff reimbursement transactions.
  • Banking & New Store Setup
  • Coordinate with banks on store opening, maintenance, and banking documentation for new store setups.
