Job Description
Responsibilities - Petty Cash
- Manage and monitor petty cash receipts, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare petty cash replenishment requests and maintain accurate records in system.
- Ensure the store manager’s submission of paperwork through email & internal system.
- GTO Submission
- Prepare and submit Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to landlords within stipulated deadlines.
- Liaise with store operations and landlords regarding GTO-related queries and supporting documents.
- Staff Claims Administration
- Review, verify, and process staff expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure claims are supported with complete documentation and approvals.
- Maintain proper filing and records of all staff reimbursement transactions.
- Banking & New Store Setup
- Coordinate with banks on store opening, maintenance, and banking documentation for new store setups.
