We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support daily finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, finance documentation, and other accounting duties to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities - Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices accurately and promptly
- Perform invoice verification and matching against supporting documents
- Handle reconciliations for vendor statements and customer accounts
- Maintain proper filing and finance documentation
- Assist in fixed assets tracking and records maintenance
- Support audit preparation and finance reporting
- Update and maintain data in ERP/accounting systems
