About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to manage the full spectrum of accounting and administrative functions for two Australian companies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end accounting work, thrives in a small‑business environment, and has hands‑on experience using MYOB .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
- Prepare and send client invoices; follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate billing records.
- Process weekly/fortnightly payroll for employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Australian standards (PAYG, superannuation, leave).
