Interim AP/AR Accounting Manager

Onsite – St. Louis, MO

Our client is seeking an experienced AP/AR Accounting Manager to support an immediate opening driven by an upcoming retirement. This role is open to interim candidates and is critical to maintaining continuity and operational leadership across core accounting functions.

Position Overview

+ Reports to: Director

+ Team Leadership: Manages 2 Accounts Payable, 2 Accounts Receivable, an intern, and a staff accountant

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ Status: Actively interviewing

Key Responsibilities

+ Leadership and ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Credit

+ Hands-on involvement in daily accounting operations while managing the team

+ Oversight of credit applications and lines of credit
