Job Description

• Receive daily receiving reports and sales invoices from the warehouse/receiving section
• Analyze and verify Request for Payments (RFP)
• Print checks and check vouchers for adding/approval of Head and attach supporting documents
• Print check and check voucher & forward to budget officer including all supporting documented info for verification.

Qualifications

• College graduate with BS in Accounting, Management Accounting, Technical and Financial Management, or any related course.
• Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in general accounting.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Passionate, hardworking and flexible in performing tasks.
• Basic understanding in Taxation.
