Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day payment operations for a team based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong attention to detail, accuracy in invoice processing, and confidence working with vendor payments. The person in this role will help maintain timely disbursements, organize financial records, and contribute to a smooth accounts payable workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Review incoming invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approval before processing payment.
• Assign correct general ledger or account codes to invoices to ensure expenses are recorded appropriately.
• Prepare and process vendor payments through ACH transactions and scheduled check runs.
