ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

The Accounts Payable Specialist is a key member of the finance organization, providing transactional support to the Accounts Payable department. This position involves high-volume processing of expense reports and invoices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Meet transaction targets in a high-volume accounts payable department

+ Process and match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies

+ Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

+ Respond to questions from vendors and internal departments in a timely manner
