The Junior Accounts Payable Technician is responsible for processing invoices and managing the accuracy of receipt records. This position requires strong customer service skills and an ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently. You'll participate in audits, reconcile accounts, and support both suppliers and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support service centers with invoice receipt and approval
• Ensure accuracy of pending receipts awaiting processing
• Handle invoices according to SenSaas billing procedures
• Manage discrepancies and perform collections on credits
• Provide administrative support to both suppliers and clients
Requirements:
