We are seeking a capable and detail-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Corporate Finance team based in our Wellington CBD office. This role sits within the broader billing team and forms part of a collaborative, high-performing finance function.

About the role

This opportunity is ideal for an AR professional, playing a critical role in the day-to-day operation of efficient and accurate billing, credit control, and receipting processes for Proactive Occupational Health. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • To ensure invoices are produced accurately in an effective and efficient manner to agreed timelines, in line with the company policies and agreed charges.
  • The collection of outstanding invoices from our clients, ensuring timely payment thereof
