Responsibilities

• Take the lead on follow-ups and execute collection activities with precision.
• Interact daily with internal and external partners to resolve disputes and keep transactions moving.
• Host customer calls to untangle billing errors and account discrepancies before they cause delays.
• Maintain a pristine Customer Master database and ensure all Bill To info is spot-on.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a critical thinker with an inquisitive mind and a can-do attitude.
• The Experience: 1–3 years in AR/Collections. Bonus points if you know the world of subscription renewals!
