Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable Team Lead (Collections) is responsible for supervising daily collections and dispute resolution activities, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and efficient issue handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team handling collections and dispute resolution processes
• Monitor aging reports, overdue balances, and collection effectiveness
• Support team members in resolving complex customer disputes
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements
• Assist in audit and reporting requirements
