Duties

• Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax returns for directors.
• Meet regularly with key clients to discuss their financial performance and provide proactive advice.
• Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring files are ready for senior review.
• Support and mentor colleagues from apprentice level through to senior, contributing to the day‑to‑day management of the accounts team.
