Objectives of the Function Support the Head of Portfolio in managing service contracts within the Service Department, including all commercial and billing matters related to Existing Installations (EI).
Responsibilities - Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
- Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements.
- Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
- Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals.
