Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Generate invoices and delivery orders through SAP
  • Merge invoices and delivery orders and save them into the relevant folder
  • Send out invoices, delivery orders and statements of accounts to clients
  • Manage stationery and pantry supplies
  • Provide adhoc support as assigned by manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Electrical or Green Energy or related studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines
  • Good organizing ability, meticulous and results‑oriented with minimum supervision required
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of SAP; prior electrical knowledge will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of related industry experience will be preferred
  • Able to start work immediately or serve on short notice
  • Singaporeans only
