Job Summary
Advance Law LLC is seeking a responsible and organised Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support the firm's accounting, finance, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and maintain accounting records. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records. Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and office management. Provide administrative support to legal secretary and accounts team. Undertake any other duties assigned by the firm. Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience in accounting and administration preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Organised, meticulous, and able to maintain confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits
