Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and supervise ACMV installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works.
- Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and authorities on project matters.
- Coordinate material procurement and monitor delivery schedules.
- Troubleshoot ACMV system issues and propose technical solutions.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
