1. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM):
Develop and implement PPM schedules for ACMV systems.
Ensure compliance with manufacturers’ guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Inspect and service chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air-handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), ventilation fans, and duct systems, etc
Monitor and maintain ACMV control systems.
Manage the calibration of temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and pressure gauges.
