• Oversee construction activities on site, including any changes to works, and check drawings to ensure the design can be implemented effectively.
• Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• Serve as the main point of contact; attend meetings at site with clients, project team, and relevant authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementation of works.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedule.
