• Tender surveying (Via online portal/ newspaper), checking of documents and understanding of specifications.
• Preparation of tender including bill of quantities (BQ), request quotation, technical data, cost planning and project documentation.
• Submission of Quotation and Tender Documents.
• Coordinate with Project Manager with regard to the progress of work thereby assessing sub-contractor and supplier progress payment.
• Prepare monthly progress claim/variation order for submission.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Teams.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in drafting with AutoCAD software.
• Familiar with ACMV /HVAC Systems.
• Minimum with 3 years of local experience.
