The title holder will lead a team at a worksite to maintain the ACMV equipment and system at the design efficiency and functionality. He/She will ensure that the team conducts themselves with professionalism and provide a high-level of quality service to our customers. He/she will be responsible for the following:
Daily Operations - To execute the maintenance regime for site equipment to keep the equipment functioning at the required plant and airside efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues and thereafter organise and carry out the necessary rectification works
- Schedule, plan and assign the monthly duties of the team
- Conduct skills training to new team members
- Maintain a high degree of safety standards and create a safety concious workplace
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings
Customer Service and Management - Attend discussions and meetings with building management and tenants
