Job Description
- Conduct on-site testing, acoustic measurements, detailedacoustic analysis, modelling, and simulations (e.g., STC, IIC, reverberationtime, background noise levels)
- Developand review acoustic specifications, drawings, and reports
- Providepractical recommendations for sound insulation, absorption, and vibrationcontrol
- Produceand quality-assure technical deliverables: noise impact assessments, acousticdesign reports, specifications, BCA/NEA/LTA submissions.
- Ensurecompliance with local regulations and standards (e.g., BCA, NEA) andinternational standards (ISO, ASTM)
- Build andmaintain professional relationships with architects, developers, and contractorteams.
- TrackSingapore regulatory updates and share knowledge with the wider team.
- Supportbusiness development, proposals, and client presentations
