We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and community-minded Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals living with serious mental illness while working in a highly collaborative, recovery-oriented environment.
Unlike traditional nursing positions, ACT nurses provide care directly in the community-meeting clients where they live, work, and recover. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, peer support specialists, and substance use counselors to provide comprehensive, person-centered care that supports both physical and behavioral health.
