General Description:
This is a part-time instructional assignment under the general direction of the Dean of Career Technical Education. The professor will teach a range of courses including nutrition, principles of foods, quantity foods, menu planning and other related courses. The maximum teaching load is 10 units per semester, which may include evening and weekend hours.
