• Assist in the coordination and tracking of client service requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Help maintain and update the client database and service logs.
• Support the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and documents related to operations and service performance.
• With team meetings in BGC or in Alabang
• Minimal allowance for Interns
